I suspect this was the reason I failed to get the Lion's Peace Poster programme through the school system two years in a roll and why we Lions have trouble getting students for the Lions State Band. We have not been going to the right people on the school board. Maybe I should attend school board meetings and pitch them? But this violates the principle of taking action at the lowest level.

Sad truth about the House of Representatives 2012

When we elected Tim Huelskamp, I feared he would fail the moderates and Democrats. He did, after all, have the reputation of not being able to work well with Republicans in the Kansas House as well as moderates and Democrats. I was told he would be different in the US House.  As far as I  fan tell, he has not changed. This cartoon is simply too true.

I told his aide at the 3I show in Dodge City Kansas earlier this summer that the 33 "anti-Obama care" votes were embarrassing and made it obvious the House Republicans were not working for the good of the Nation. I just got glared at by his aide and another fellow who appeared to be one of Tim's fellow travelers -er- political allies..
