remarks on the covid-19 pandemic

 We are deep into the second year of the Pandemic (covid-19). If the unvaccinated would simply get vaccinated we could see the covid-19 disappear. We could then send "excess" vaccine dosages to foreign countries whose citizens would dance in the streets at the chance to get the shots.

Instead, we have "anti-vaxers" who refuse to take the shots. They say "we don't know what is in them!" and "you're not putting that junk into me!".  What a bunch of ignorant bullshit!

Many of these people eat sausages and hot dog and even take illegal (unregulated) drugs. Where are the "anti-hot doggers" and "anti-meth" protestors?

The main affect is unvaccinated people are coming down with the delta variant and are taking ICU beds that should have gone to folks who suffered from cancer, heart attacks, car wrecks etc. Many of these stilly shits (oh, I am being so judgmental!) admit to being unvaccinated and say things like:

1.  I wish I had been vaccinated!
2.  Please, give me the vaccine as the RN or MD is preparing to put them on a ventilator. An apparently common response is "it is too late".
3.  If I survive, I am not going to get vaccinated. You won't put that "junk" into me!

To use the catchphrase from "Oath Of Fealty" by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle:

Think of it as evolution is action!
These same people, the unvaccinated who died from covid-19 (delta vartiant) are called by some:

 Darwin Award Winners.

Perhaps that should go on their grave markers?
