Congress deal - will Trump kill it?

The news this morning is the House and the Senate both came up with a bipartisan deal to give 45 some of what he wants, the Republicans some of what they want and the Democrats some of what they want. This is the heart of a compromise. Supposedly, Trump with sign this bill.

We have heard this song before. When will Trump renege on his supposedly promise to sign?
