Romney proposes some (issues) health-care ideas

"Prevent discrimination against individuals with pre-existing conditions who maintain continuous coverage"

This is one of Romney's planks. If you read it in a hurry, you'll think he wants to protect folks who have lost health insurance or who can not get health insurance due to "pre-existing conditions".  He is simply saying that your insurance company can't cancel your health insurance if they are selling you health insurance in spite of "pre-existing conditions".  This is rather pointless...
